We begin this interactive program by quantifying your individual AQ (Adaptability Quotient) through a self-paced online assessment before the session. Each person will then receive a personalized ACE report (Adaptive Competency Explorer™) highlighting their relative strengths and improvement areas across all 10 dimensions of AQ, with percentile rankings of each dimension against a large reference population.

 

The assessment is followed by AQ Boost - an interactive half-day experience highlighting ways to improve individual and organizational adaptability and agility.
